Do you have a retail store?

No, we accept your orders via phone, fax, email or online, and then we deliver your order to your office.

What happens when I click the Visit Our Store tab above, it looks like I go to a different site?

In a nutshell, you do; but that is our site too. We are passing you through to our e-commerce store, which at the moment is hosted on a different server. We realize it is not an ideal set up, and we are working on a better option. But for now you can be assured the site is us, and it is completely secure. If you have any questions about this, you can email Exec’s owner.

Do you sell to businesses only, or individuals as well?

Our focus is on selling to other businesses, but we are happy to help anyone. We may ask that you supply credit references before we fill your order.

How quick will I get my order?

Usually, when you order office supplies, you will receive your order the next day, sometimes in 2 days.

Are your prices as good as the chains?

Definitely, and you can see for yourself by browsing our catalog. The idea that the chain stores have pricing much better than independent companies like Exec is a perception they spend a lot of marketing dollars to create. They also engage in pricing tricks, like ‘front loading’ which means they offer steep discounts on the top items, only to rob you blind on everything else. Exec does not do that, our prices are fair, and competitive, across the board.

Do you charge for delivery?

Not in the St. Louis area, when ordering office supplies. If you are outside of St. Louis city or county, we may charge UPS Ground rates. If you are ordering printing, there will most likely be a delivery charge.

Contact us. Our information is all over the site. We will get back to you promptly if you email us or have to leave a message.

What kind of products do you have?

If you use it in your office, we have it. (Here is a brief list) We have office supplies, printer supplies, IT supplies, hardware, business machines. We have HP ink cartridges, compatible cartridges, and MICR toner cartridges. We do printing, both quick copy and more detailed jobs like envelopes, business cards, letterhead and brochures. We have managed print solutions, the modern day equivalent of maintenance agreements on your printers and copiers. The list literally goes on and on.
